The Portfolio of Jack Staunton
Below are examples of the projects that I was involved in during my time in college.

They are from the last two years of my college degree and are from the Video and Audio Production Modules.

Firstly is My video Production Project from the first semester of 4th year. I directed and took part in it as the crew was a small one due to the restrictions that were in place. It was very enjoyable to work on the Project and it was great to get back on a shoot. For the participants we asked our classmates to take part and they were more than happy to.

This is my most recent project, that myself and two of my classmates are working on at the moment. We are currently in the post production stage and this version is the second version as it is still being edited. The story of this documentary is about Tickets and why people kept them. We asked those involved certain questions like 'why did they keep it ?' and ' what event is the ticket for ?' This whole project has been shot, planned and edited all from our houses and has been completed over Zoom meetings. It has been challenging but has been good fun and good experience making it.

My next project is from the second semester of 3rd year and is from my audio production module. In this project we had to tell small stories from our self-isolation at the beginning of the pandemic. I interviewed members of my family and asked them what they are looking forward to doing once lockdown ends and what they were missing during lockdown.
This is my personal project from my final semester. The basis for the project was that we could do anything but we must incorporate the skills we have learned from the 4 years learning about audio. I decided my theme would be movies that I grew up on.
My other Project in my final semester of Audio Production is an Audioscape. In this project we had to evoke an emotional response in the listener. I decided to do it on The Lion King as its one of my favourite movies and the movie is full of iconic quotes and moments.
